GOTHAM BOX: Nike Sponsor, Ary Nunez brings her signature classes to Club H. This eastern martial art & western movement fused class derives from various schools of martial arts, boxing, plyometrics and dance. Gotham Box will drive your heart to feel, your mind to express & your body to unleash from start to finish! ALL LEVELS.
GOTHAM DRILLS: Ary's non-stop, total-body workout! Work every muscle from varying angles in different ways! Using free weights, body bars & medicine balls, this class will improve your muscle strength & endurance, increase your bone density, & improve your lean body mass/body fat ratio. HATHA-RAJA-VINYASA I & II: Yoga through the union of the mind and the body by linking the breath with the movement. Concentration on heat and strength building to encourage flexibility and coordination. Level I = Beginners/Basics Level II = Intermediate/Advanced
PILATES MAT: Joseph Pilate’s authentic mat sequence strengthens stretches & defines the entire body - focusing the awareness on a stable center. Includes Magic circle work & exercises adapted from the Reformer. ALL LEVELS.
