CARDIO/SCULPTING
ABSolutely H: A 30 minute class designed to tone & strengthen the midsection. ALL LEVELS. ABS, BUTT & BACK - says it all.
BELLY DANCING: From the gym to the club; learn dance moves that promote strength, balance, and confidence; toning hips, lower back, arms, glutes, legs, and abs. This dance is for all ages and both genders, as it is traditionally. ALL LEVELS
CARDIO KICKBOXING: A non-contact, action packed class that incorporates kicks from martial arts & upper body combinations from boxing. Challenging & rewarding. Ideal for men and women. ALL LEVELS.
CARDIO XPRESS: 45 minutes of motivating, challenging, energizing, & calorie burning cardio. ANYTHING GOES!! Warm up, sweat, cool down - You're done. ALL LEVELS.
CRANK: Stimulates everything, both body and mind. A HIGH INTENSITY class full of multiple movement stations where the pulse speeds up, blood pressure rises, blood vessels constrict, and the body behaves in much the same way it would if you suddenly got a powerful rush of adrenalin. GUNZ N' BUNZ: Prepare for the ultimate biceps, triceps, and bunz workout you have ever experienced. ALL LEVELS.
HARD BODIES: Our new name for the Ultimate Sculpt class. Total body conditioning using weights, bars, steps, and
bodyweight. You will build strength and endurance. The result will be a leaner, sculpted body. ALL LEVELS.
HEAVEN N' HELL: A personal training session in a class setting. Full body, hellish experience that will make you die and go
to heaven! ALL LEVELS.
HIP HOP: Get Your Groove On! Using the latest trends in choreography, each move is broken down to create the ultimate hip hop routine. Move & be moved in one hour of total dance! ALL LEVELS.
MASALA BHANGRA: An Indian dance-inspired workout using the sounds of the dhol drum mixed with mainstream music.
Blend traditional Bhangra steps with Bollywood moves, seen recently in Slumdog Millionaire! ALL LEVELS
POWER PUMP: Resistance training at its best - like the experience of a one-on-one training session. Designed to work
every muscle group in a specific way & for a specific amount of reps, with minimal rest between sets. Guaranteed

POWER XTREME: Maximize your time, efforts & results with interval training. In one powerful hour, alternate between
periods of high intensity, where you will "burst your energy" and periods of recovery, where you will "boost your energy."
This class utilizes aerobic, anaerobic, power & strength. INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED.
REBOUNDING: An easy to follow, fun, flowing, non-impact (absorbing 80% of the shock) cardio workout on minitrampolines.

RESISTANCE REBOUND: Using mini trampolines, weights, & body bars, you alternate between cardio & weight training.

SPIN H: A great cardio workout done on a specialized stationary bike. Our certified instructors will motivate you, the

arts conditioning that'll whip you into shape, in both mind and body! The class is sectioned into a warm-up, basic
techniques, a long fight choreography and a circuit to finish off on a high note.
XTREME RESULTS - Get ready to burn fat and build muscle! This full body strength training workout will increase your

ZUMBA - A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!
The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the
body. ALL LEVELS. ZUMBA MIXER - Zumba & Masala Bhangra in one class!!
MIND/BODY
HATHA-RAJA-VINYASA I & II: Yoga through the union of the mind and the body by linking the breath with the
movement. Concentration on heat and strength building to encourage flexibility and coordination.
Level I = Beginners/Basics Level II = Intermediate/Advanced
PILATES MAT: Joseph Pilate's authentic mat sequence strengthens stretches & defines the entire body - focusing the
awareness on a stable center. Includes Magic circle work & exercises adapted from the Reformer. ALL LEVELS.
ROCK ASANA YOGA: A vigorous & challenging form of vinyasa, asana practice (flowing postures) infused with rockin'
tunes. This eclectic class will include Rock 'N' Roll, Soul, and R&B. Energizing and also surprisingly relaxing. Guaranteed to
soothe your soul. INTERMEDIATE.
VINYASA YOGA: A challenging, vigorous practice, focusing on synchronization of breath with continuous flow of
movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength & mental focus, incorporating uplifting music. ALL LEVELS.
